I am particularly excited to be back on site this summer as I have been away for a few seasons.
The night before last, Jessica and I had fresh lobster from the Fisherman’s wharf less than a mile away. I have always delighted in our proximity to ultra fresh, superior quality seafood. We are able to get fish caught that morning in our kitchen, and bellies, faster than anywhere else.
The waves were up yesterday and I got a few spectacular rides on the surf. Martinique beach is the longest sandy beach in Nova Scotia and boasts the most consistent, uncrowded, surfing beach break around.
